In memoriam, November 13, 2010 – July 14, 2024
Sophie Guernsey Sparkle Oberg served as the Chief Wellness Officer (“CWO“) at Oberg Law Group, A.P.C. since its founding in 2020.
Sophie was born and raised in Agoura Hills, California. Through no fault of her own, she ended up in the Agoura Animal Care Center, an LA County animal shelter, when she was seven years old. Conveniently, this is the shelter where Madison used to volunteer. Sophie’s sparkling personality and gorgeous cow spots instantly caught Madison’s attention, and they quickly became each other’s “shelter crush.” As such, when the rest of the Oberg Law team met Sophie, it was love at first sight.
Sophie loved long walks, tanning, snuggling, and napping. She gave the best kisses, and frolicked like a puppy up until she crossed over the rainbow bridge. Sophie took her role as CWO very seriously, ensuring a strong foundation of love and wellness permeated the firm.
Sophie was a special girl – all who met her loved her, and she is deeply missed by the Oberg Law team.
