Madison’s practice is focused primarily on commercial transactional matters and insolvency.
Madison’s main role is to guide and support business owners through the entire lifecycle of their business, from formation to termination. As a business owner herself, Madison understands the unique challenges businesses face. As such, Madison considers herself an essential “tool” for her clients in the day-to-day operation of their businesses.
Madison received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied English and Renaissance Literature. During her undergraduate years, Madison interned at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA). Madison enjoys using her creative background as she strives to find innovative solutions to her clients’ distinct challenges.
Madison has a passion for service, which drives her to provide the highest level of care and support for her clients. While Madison was in law school at Pepperdine University, Madison served as a Teaching Fellow for first year law students and a Law Clerk for the Major Crimes Division of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. In addition, Madison was Certified by the State Bar of California to participate in Pepperdine’s Restoration and Justice Clinic, where she gained court experience representing domestic violence survivors to secure their civil restraining orders and preparing Vacatur Petitions for human trafficking survivors.
Before joining the firm, Madison served as an Associate at a small transactional firm specializing in benefit corporations. Madison worked primarily on entity formation, corporate governance, real estate, and intellectual property.
Madison has practiced law in California since 2019, but she has recently relocated to the Phoenix Metro Area and was admitted to the Arizona state bar in February 2023. She continues to represent California based clients and is excited to provide the same guidance for Arizona businesses as well.
Madison is a passionate animal lover and enjoys reading and staying active. She volunteered at the Agoura Animal Care Center for over four years and now volunteers at the Arizona Humane Society. Outside of her work at the firm, Madison loves exploring the many dog-friendly patios in Phoenix with her fur-baby, Mia, and her partner, Andrés. She previously trained as an aerialist, but now focuses her efforts on CrossFit-style weightlifting. In addition, Madison is always looking for new book recommendations, so please don’t hesitate to share your favorites.
