Madison is an attorney and a partner at the firm. Her practice is focused primarily on commercial transactional matters and insolvency.
Madison received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied English and Renaissance Literature. During her undergraduate years Madison also studied abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy and interned at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA).
Following her undergraduate work, Madison received her Juris Doctor degree from the Pepperdine University Caruso Law School, where she graduated cum laude and was admitted to the California bar in 2019. While attending Pepperdine, Madison served as a Teaching Fellow for first year law students and received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
During her time at Pepperdine, Madison served as a Law Clerk for the Major Crimes Division of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. In addition, Madison was Certified by the State Bar of California to participate in Pepperdine’s Restoration and Justice Clinic, where she gained court experience representing domestic violence survivors to secure their civil restraining orders and preparing Vacatur Petitions for human trafficking survivors.
Madison gained further practical legal experience from the time that she served “in house” as the VP of Legal Affairs at Alatus Aerosystems, a Southern California based aircraft manufacturing company. Madison worked extensively on employment matters, contracts, and regulatory compliance matters.
Before joining the firm, Madison served as an Associate at the Law Office of Dirk R. Sampselle, a small transactional firm specializing in benefit corporations. Madison worked primarily on entity formation, corporate governance, real estate, and intellectual property.
Madison is a passionate animal lover and an aerialist. She volunteers weekly at the Agoura Animal Care Center, and when she is not working as an attorney, you can likely find Madison playing with her rescue, Sophie, or flying at her aerial studio.
