In addition, David has his California Real-Estate Broker’s license, which provides a strong foundation for his commercial real-estate advisory practice.
David also represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency matters. David has represented debtors, creditors, trustees and receivers, in all areas of insolvency and bankruptcy matters including adversary proceedings, which gives him a unique perspective into each client’s case.
